Nenad Cvjetkovic

Partner

Nenad leverages CFO experience in multiple sectors and 10+ years restructuring experience. He has extensive experience in Financial and Operational Restructurings and has led multiple Debt and Capital transactions in critical and demand situations. He has led Restructurings in multiple roles, as a CFO, Advisor, and Financier, which allows him to quickly evaluate different stakeholders’ perspectives. In his more recent role, he supported the financial and operational restructuring of a leading Dutch retailer and the financial and operational restructuring of a food producer. As a former professional basketball athlete, he brings a high level of energy and dedication to his deal making skills. Moreover, Nenad serves on the Supervisory Board of an international transportation company. Nenad lives in Amsterdam with Jasmijn and three kids and enjoys Crossfit.

Gerben Bos

Partner

Has held various senior executive roles in the financial sector. Has extensive experience designing and implementing transformation programs. Was head of the Dutch corporate restructuring department at ABN AMRO and served as chairman on a Supervisory Board at a Private Equity owned enterprise. He was involved as Turnaround & Restructuring consultant at a large scale international restructuring of a leading European family owned company active in the shipping industry. Recent roles vary from interim assignments to advisory mandates, where amongst others a WHOA procedure was applied for achieving a financial restructuring. Gerben lives in Abcoude with Esther and two kids and enjoys running and gardening.

Mo Irshaid

Director

Mo brings diverse finance experience across several areas including corporate finance, capital markets and advisory. He had a long career at Citi where he worked in many countries including the Netherlands and the United Kingdom, where he spent most of his finance career. Mo has worked with leading European multinationals and prominent middle market companies on various strategic mandates both in Europe and worldwide. Mo’s latest role at Citi was to lead the Technology and High Growth banking business for the firm in the Benelux. Mo has also operational experience having worked for several years in Strategy roles across Fintech scaleups. Mo is from Jordan. He lives in Amsterdam with his wife Dominique and their dog. He enjoys sports, reading and travelling.

Steven Ram

Associate

Steven holds a Masters degree in Financial Economics from the Erasmus University in Rotterdam. He also holds a Bachelors degree in Business Economics from the Vrije Universiteit in Amsterdam. Since graduation, Steven has joined the ACE Advisory team. He has worked along other senior members of the team on several advisory assignments. These include Debt Advisory, Restructuring, Corporate Finance and others for clients operating in e-commerce, maritime, food-processing and heavy-industries sector. Steven is from Haarlem and lives in Amsterdam. Steven enjoys sports, traveling and socializing with friends.

Jolan Vandemoortele

Associate

Jolan holds a Master’s degree in Finance from Ghent University. He also holds a Master in Management from IE Business School. Since graduation, Jolan has joined the ACE Advisory team. He has worked along other senior members of the team on several advisory assignments. These include Debt Advisory, Restructuring, Corporate Finance and others for clients operating in e-commerce, shipbuilding, energy and diversified industrials. Jolan is originally from Belgium and has lived in Norway and Spain before moving to Amsterdam. Jolan holds the CFA level 1. Jolan enjoys going to the gym, socialising with friends, and learning new languages.

Ken Laeremans

Associate

Ken holds a Masters in Finance from IE University. He also holds a Bachelor in Business Administration from IE University. Since graduation, Ken has joined the ACE Advisory team and has worked along other senior members of the team on several advisory assignments. These include Debt Advisory, Restructuring, Corporate Finance and others for clients operating in the high-tech automotive sector, shipbuilding, telecom, food processing and e-commerce retail sectors. Ken is from Belgium and lives in Amsterdam. He is passionate about motocross & autosports, regularly taking part in races. He also enjoys wakeboarding, kitesurfing, and mountain biking.

Matthias Parmentier

Associate

Matthias holds a master’s degree in Finance from IE Business school in Madrid. Next to that, Matthias achieved a Bachelor and Master’s in Economics, Law, and Business Administration in Belgium. Previously, he has worked at EY Law and Saxo Bank in various client facing and advisory roles. Being originally from Belgium, he has lived in France and Spain and recently moved to Amsterdam. Matthias enjoys playing Padel & Tennis, socialize with friends and explore new places.
